Diversity Awareness Training

This contract represents IRIS Consulting’s ongoing work with Lloyd’s Register UK Marine.

The project is just one element of an approach aimed at ensuring all staff at the company work in an environment where they feel valued and treated with respect.

The initiative has already been successfully implemented in UK Marine Operations and is now being rolled out to the Marine Business Stream.

The work takes place in a number of phases and focuses very much on agreeing a vision, benchmarking against this and then implanting actions to achieve changes that will make a real difference. IRIS works closely in partnership with Lloyd's Register and believes that this has been one of the key reasons for the success of the project to date.
