Andy Wong has joined IRIS Consulting as a board director. He was formerly an associate director with Veredus Executive Resourcing dealing with high profile search and selection in the public and private sectors.

As Director at IRIS Consulting, Andy will head up the IRIS business development in Leadership and HR Solutions, focusing on supporting organisations in assessing where they are with regard to performance and developing programmes to people to enhance and support change through people. The role of leadership in delivering successful change will be a central focus, as will the use of values to provide a framework within which all components of the change programme can be aligned.

In the last four years Andy’s work has included high profile assignments for Central Government, local government, housing and regeneration. Before that Andy spent time delivering and project managing community and sports development programmes on the ground within a local authority. He used his sporting knowledge to move on to the Sports Council where he headed up the lottery distribution to develop community facilities across England.

Andy’s blend of competencies and experience will help move IRIS forward and he will bring a combination of hands-on experience and excellent project management skills within the public sector and experience of working at a strategic level within the private sector. He will complement IRIS’s 25 associates who specialise in HR solutions, change management, diversity and performance improvement.
