Andy Wong, a board director at IRIS Consulting
has been engaged by the DWP to deliver a key piece of work
regarding the development of race equality as part of the
public sector procurement process. The outcome will be a practical
framework which will be used across government departments
and other agencies and authorities.
As Director at IRIS Consulting, Andy
heads up the IRIS business development in Leadership
and HR Solutions, focusing on supporting organisations in
assessing where they are with regard to performance and developing
programmes to people to enhance and support change through
people. The role of leadership in delivering successful change
will be a central focus, as will the use of values to provide
a framework within which all components of the change programme
can be aligned.
Andy's blend of competencies and experience
will help move IRIS forward and he will bring a combination
of hands on experience and excellent project management skills
within the public sector and experience of working at a strategic
level within the private sector. He will complement IRIS's
25 associates who specialise in HR solutions, change management,
diversity and performance improvement.
