Raj Kumar Joins Housing Team at IRIS Consulting

Raj Kumar, formerly Assistant Director of Neighbourhood Housing at Slough and Regional Manager at Ealing Family HA (now Catalyst Housing Group), has joined the housing team at IRIS Consulting.

Raj brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the IRIS Consulting team.
He has 18 years practical experience of registered social landlords (RSLs) and council housing. This includes being Head of Service for a Local Authority, setting up an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), preparing for stock transfers/mergers, expertise in restructuring services and improving service delivery.

Raj also has wide experience of working on establishing new Boards and Committees for both ALMOs and RSLs.
