Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA)
IRIS Consulting designed and delivered the ODA’s leadership development programme for their senior and middle managers. Our work focused on key issues of performance delivery – such as managing stakeholders and co-ordinating inputs from a wide range of partners.
Members of our team provided one-to-one coaching for senior ODA executives.
We designed the ODA’s People Strategy and formulated their policies on pay and remuneration.
We designed and delivered training programmes for all their staff on accessible communications, diversity and equalities.
IRIS Consulting designed a comprehensive leadership development programme aimed at changing work place cultures and raising performance. On this project our team worked closely with staff at all levels in four Borough Command Units (BCUs) and the CCU.

IRIS provides independent authoritative advice on procurement issues for both public and private sector. Our managing director has advised the Cabinet Office on public sector procurement issues as a member of its Advisory Panel since 2011.
Our research for government departments includes “lessons from local authority outsourcing” commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions.
